Role description

Your primary responsibility as an Insights Manager is to manage, execute and deliver insights for research consultancy projects. You will work directly with our VP of Insights, Mariana, and the sales team. Besides discussing client needs and conducting the research for them, you're expected to identify opportunities to deliver more value to our customers by providing good conclusions and recommendations. You will establish deep relationships with our customers to understand their needs and pains to help shape the product roadmap. You will work with prestigious brands like Unilever, Procter & Gamble, Pepsico and wait till you see our whole pipeline.

We believe in opportunity and growth, therefore you will get a chance to manage one or more junior Insights Managers. This can be your first step to manage a small team.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and setting up research studies on consumer behavior, including liaising with clients
  • Analyzing and interpreting data through Veylinx’s proprietary platform
  • Developing rich and incisive insights and recommendations
  • Reporting on account activity and helping generate projections
  • Co-managing the project pipeline to ensure consistent and predictable load
  • Identifying and building strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Becoming expert on Veylinx's award-winning solutions and the competitive landscape

Job requirements

You might just be a fit if you have a keen interest in behavioral research and;

  • Willing to work in Eastern Standard Time Zone (local time in New York)
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Minimum 2 years project management experience, preferably in Market Research
  • Experience in conducting analysis
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Confident in client contact and presentations
  • Self-starter, you motivate yourself to always make the most of things
  • Affinity with FMCG / B2C organizations
